As industry is developing at high speed in living creature, semi-conductor, aviation aerospace, measure to control and particle etc, the requirement of environment in which product was made is more and more strict. In this condition, constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system which purpose is providing the environment that can meet requirement of producing has to improve itself adjustment quality and ability continuously. At the same time, because the energy supply is gradually straining, this demands constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system run at the minimum cost of energy when it is providing the environment that can meet requirement of producing. In these two cases, this paper did some research and practice as below about air conditioning system which is four-pipe water system, pure steams humidification and primary return air system.First, this paper analyzed detailed the process how air conditioning system runs and disassembled the process according to the automation ways to control temperature and humidity parameter. In addition, each disassembled part was provided with automation diagrams for solution to realize the air conditioning system design theory.Second, basing analyzing theories, by introducing fuzzy control technology and establishing the fuzzy logic relationship between the indoor humidity and dew point behind air handling units, this paper provided a kind of method—variable dew-point, in series, fuzzy control method which purpose is improving the control accuracy and accelerating the process of adjustment. Comparing with constant dew point method ,it is proved that this method can significantly improve humidity control accuracy of the air condition.Third, basing analyzing theories and partly practicing above, during air conditioning system running, about the confusion phenomena appearing in selecting air handling units in condition changed and heating counteracting cooling phenomena that can be avoided, this paper put forward a kind of mother-- dew point comparing method that can automatically realize the air handling units conversion. By theory analyzing, this method can avoided the confusion phenomena in selecting air handling units in condition changed. So, this method can not only guarantee air conditioning system adjustment's dependability but also save energy.Finally, the final part of this paper reformed the unit's configuration to classic air conditioning, provided a kind of air conditioning unit's configuration that can run at less cost of energy especially in wet and hot region and gave energy analyzing and part automation diagrams.
