High power LED is mostly used in the fields of navigation,military,square lighting,agricultural greenhouse lighting,etc.The performance of the power supply directly affects the luminous effect and reliability of LED lamps.Therefore,the research and development of high power factor,high efficiency,intelligent,long life of the driving power of far-reaching significance.Digital control of the power supply through the preparation of the software,simply improve the control strategy.In addition,it can simplify the hardware circuit structure,while reducing costs can also be reduced by the impact of the aging of the hardware circuit,can achieve high precision control,to improve the reliability of the power supply at the same time,can make more intelligent.The design based on STM32F103RCT6 flyback converter as the main topology.The control strategy based on fuzzy PID.Design a fuzzy PID constant current source control of the single stage based on PFC.In the Matlab/simulink,the fuzzy PID control of the flyback converter system model is established,and the simulation is carried out to verify the correctness of the control strategy and the reliability of the system.With STM32 as the main controller,sampling the output voltage and input voltage and input current,the sampling value of the input of STM32 controller.The program operation processing,generating PWM waveform corresponding to the control switch of the guide on and off,constant current output,power factor correction to achieve current.Finally,the measured data in the actual experiments show that the theoretical analysis is correct and the control strategy is feasible,and the performance index can meet the design requirements.
