With the development of globalization,people pay more and more attention to energy and environment problems.The use of two wheeled electric vehicles can reduce the pollution to the environment and improve the efficiency of energy utilization.In order to develop the control technology of two wheeled electric vehicle better,the driving motor of two wheel electric vehicle is switching to high-performance PMSM,and the motor control algorithm has also been updated.Based on in-depth understanding of the working principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor,establishes the mathematical model in different coordinate system,including three-phase static coordinate system,two-phase stationary coo’rdinate system and two-phase rotating coordinate system;research on the principle and structure of control system of direct torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor,direct torque control of involved in formula the derivation and analysis of the basic model,the voltage space vector of direct torque control of flux;according to the control requirements,the controller hardware circuit using STM32 as main control chip design,power conversion circuit and detection circuit;software developers to complete the main program,function module and protection module;according to the characteristics of the two wheel vehicle.To build the simulation model of the system,the simulation results show that the scheme can effectively suppress the torque ripple of permanent magnet synchronous motor,improve the dynamic Performance,build a test platform,and test the controller comprehensively and systematically,and obtain the specific experimental data.The experimental results are in good agreement with the direct torque control theory.Through the dynamometer curve,it can be seen that the transmission efficiency of the control system is more than 80%,is better than similar products in the market.The reliability and durability of the controller are demonstrated by real vehicle test for a long time under various road conditions.
