| Because of the simple and reliable structure, low cost and high efficiency,Forward converter is widely used in small and medium power converter topology. However, there are still some problems, such as traditional forward converter requires a special magnetic reset winding;voltage spike of the switch tube is large, and switch is hard;the excitation energy need to feedback power supply and so on.In order to solve these problems, this paper will carry out in-depth study based on the normal shock converter. In this paper,a Full-forward converter topology is proposed. On the basis of the forward converter, the primary winding is removed and changed by flyback clamp. The flyback clamp can realize the reset of the transformer core and suppress the voltage of the switch spike, meanwhile it can provide parameters of the resonant conditions for the ZVS of the switch;secondary side uses full-wave rectifier which cooperates with the Flyback circuit of the original side, they can transmit he leakage inductance energy and magnetic energy to the load side when the main switch is off so as to supply the energy for the load. And by adjusting the secondary winding tap position and change the secondary winding ratio,full-wave rectification can thereby suppress the output current ripple. In this paper, the complete duty cycle analysis, basic characteristic research, simulation and experimental verification are carried out.And the converter topology is compared with several similar topologies. In a word, this paper makes a comprehensive demonstration of the superiority of the scientific and performance of the all-pole converter topology. |
