Electromagnetic rail launch system is an advanced kinetic energy transmitting device.Compared to the artillery and other traditional weapons,it has many advantages,such as high speed,good controllability and good concealment,etc.It has a good prospect and application value.In this paper,the electromechanical coupling vibration of the electromagnetic launch system is analyzed,and the vibration in launching process is researched by physical simulation experiment.This thesis includes the following:The dynamic model of rail under moving load is established.The natural frequency and dynamic response of the system are calculated.The changes of the natural frequency in the nonlinear free vibration with the system parameters are obtained,and the changes of the amplitude frequency characteristic of the nonlinear forced vibration under the excitation of current with the system parameters are obtained.The complete similarity relation of the natural frequency between the experimental model and the transition model is established by using the method of dimensional analysis.The incomplete similarity relation of the natural frequencies between the transition model and the prototype is calculated.The similarity criterion of the dynamic response of the experimental model and the transition model is derived by the method of equation analysis,and then the proportional relation between the experimental model and the prototype dynamic response amplitude is obtained.The physical simulation experimental device and test circuit are designed based on the principle of electrostatic excitation capacitance detection.The vibrating beam,excitation electrodes and test electrodes are designed.The capacitance characteristics of the test device are analyzed.The capacitance detection circuit of the alternating current bridge method is selected as the test circuit,and the ANSYS simulation of the vibrating beam is carried out according to the designed experimental device.The requiring beam of the experiment is manufactured by using photolithography,corrosion and other processing technology in MEMS.The control switch circuit and the whole circuit of the experimental device are designed.The PCB experimental circuit board is processed.The vibration test is carried out and the test results are analyzed.
