Hydraulic motors are highly reliable and long-life products.They are widely used in aerospace and heavy machinery.The service life of hydraulic motors has a significant impact on the reliability and performance of the whole machine.Therefore,accurate prediction of hydraulic motor service life is the foundation to ensure its reliability and safety,the reliability of hydraulic motor research will also bring great theoretical value and economic benefits.In this paper,short-term life prediction method is used to predict the whole life of the motor by short-term small sample test.A reasonable life test scheme is designed for the test data of the test.The test motor model,sampling method,sample size,Working conditions and test procedures,and explained the test process should pay attention to the test specifications.The life prediction of XSM27 hydraulic motor was tested by Xugong Research Institute "Pump-Motor Integrated Test Bench" to verify the reliability and accuracy of this method.Four XSM27 hydraulic motors were tested for full life and the hydraulic motor test life was obtained.The numerical simulation method is used to simulate the test data,and the volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic motor is linearly changed with the time of the fitting result.The predicted life value of the whole life test motor is obtained by combining the failure criterion.The feasibility of this life prediction method is verified by comparing the test life with the predicted life.The distribution of the motor is predicted by the distribution model,and the distribution model is compared by K-S test,and the motor life is obeyed logarithmic normal distribution.The 40% test data of the whole life test motor were selected,and the test data was curve fitted by this life prediction method.The motor volume efficiency was linearly changed with time and the predicted life value was obtained.Compared with the whole test life value,To verify the accuracy of this method.The distribution of the predicted life value of the motor and the K-S test were carried out again,and the motor life was subjected to logarithmic normal distribution.Because of the low experimental data,theMonte-Carlo method is used to sample the predicted life value of the motor,and the distribution model is fitted.The K-S test shows that the predicted life is also subject to the lognormal distribution.In addition,this paper uses MATLAB to write the motor life prediction software.Through the analysis and processing of the test data,the hydraulic motor life distribution model is obtained,and the reliability index of the hydraulic motor is obtained.It directly illustrates the trend of the reliability index of the motor in the process of use,which brings the user's convenience.
