The flow pulsation of involute internal gear pump is the root cause of the noise of internal gear pump,In this paper,the sub models of the dynamic flow of internal gear pump is set up on the lumped parameter method,the dynamic flow pressure characteristics of the internal gear pump are analyzed in detail;Because of the unbalanced radial hydraulic pressure of the inner gear ring,the adhesive wear between the inner wall of the pump body and the gear ring is easy to be produced,in order to solve the technical problem,In the thesis,the bearing capacity of the static pressure support structure on the inner gear ring is calculated in detail;The main reason for the failure of the pump is t he unbalance of the floating plate,In this paper,the load force and torque of the oil film pressure field in the axial gap are analyzed,The optimum oil film gap thickness is optimized,the research results have certain significance for solving the key technical problems of internal gear pump.In the second chapter,the thesis introduces two research methods of the internal gear pump,namely the lumped parameter method and the distributed parameter method.This paper briefly analyzes several factors that affect the flow pulsation of the internal gear pump,and the theoretical basis for the study of the gap compensation.Through the lumped parameter method,the sub models of the dynamic flow of internal gear pump is set up on the AMESim platform.The factors affecting the flow pulsation are analyzed,It is concluded that the factors that affect the pulsation include the change of the geometric volume,the compressibility of the oil,the internal leakage of the pump,the flow backshock of the transition zone,and so on,the comprehensive effect of various factors leads to the increase of pump flow fluctuation compared with the geometric flow pulsation.At the same time,a radial hydraulic pressure model of gear pair is obtained,it is concluded that the magnitude and direction of the hydraulic radial force acting on the gear are periodically changed,and in different levels of pressure,the direction of resultant force acting on the driving gear changes to the clockwise direction with the increase of pressure,while the curves of resultant force direction on the inner ring gear are almost the same under different levels of pressure.This paper analyzes the principle of the static pressure support structure on the pump body,and calculates the bearing capac ity of the static pressure support to the inner gear ring,the conclusion is that the load force is slightly larger than the bearing capacity.Finally,the principle of compensation gap of internal gear pump is introduced,through the FLUENT software,the load force and torque of the oil film pressure field in the axial gap are analyzed,the structure of back pressure cavity is optimized,the optimum thickness of the oil film clearance is calculated.
