Gear pump is a hydraulic components commonly used in the hydraulic transmission system. Because of internal gear pump has the advantages of compact structure, small flow pulsation, low noise, small size, light weight, easy to get the high pressure, convenient production and maintenance, internal meshing gear rotate in the same direction, relative sliding velocity, long service life, so the pressure pulse generated vibration and noise are relatively small. In recent years, in the mechanical engineering, mechanical and electronic engineering industry has been rapid development.Straight conjugate internal gear pump is the pump body is a kind of economical and practical, has many advantages. The volumetric efficiency of internal gear pump with high speed and high. Because of many advantages of internal gear pump, which makes it in the aerospace industry, ship industry, machinery processing industry, vehicle loading and transportation industry, agriculture and other aspects of a wide range of applications.In this thesis, the straight conjugate internal gear pump as the research object, the meshing principle, flow pulsation, trapped oil phenomenon, the working noise issues such as the theoretical analysis and research. These theoretical analysis and research to improve the efficiency of straight conjugate internal gear pump, noise reduction effect and significance of very practical. Analysis of this paper mainly from the following aspects:On the significance of the research, the straight conjugate internal gear pump status and development trend of understanding.
