As a new type of soft magnetic functional materials,iron-based amorphous alloy not only has excellent soft magnetic properties,but also has high corrosion resistance,high resistivity and high hardness and so on.Iron-based amorphous alloy has a nice magnetic properties,high permeability,low iron loss,low price,etc.,has been successfully replaced in the distribution transformer silicon steel materials.The main purpose of this paper is to use iron-based amorphous alloy used in the production of motor stator core to develop energy-efficient,efficient and environmentally friendly amorphous alloy motor.The main research object of this paper is iron-based amorphous permanent magnet brushless DC motor.The main contents of this study include the magnetic properties of iron-based amorphous alloy,the forming process of iron-based amorphous stator core and the finite element analysis motor model.The magnetic properties of iron-based amorphous alloys are studied by heat treatment of iron-based amorphous alloys to eliminate the residual stresses of iron-based amorphous alloys.Through the experiment to obtain the maximum magnetic saturation strength of iron-based amorphous alloy,the proper heat treatment scheme is obtained: heating rate,holding time and cooling method.The research on the forming process of iron-based amorphous alloy stator core mainly includes cutting of amorphous alloy strips,amorphous alloy sheet coating and fixed,amorphous heat treatment of amorphous rods,cutting of amorphous rods and solidification of amorphous alloy core specimens,in which cutting of amorphous rods and solidification of amorphous alloy core specimens are the focus of this paper.The cutting of amorphous iron core samples using EDM cutting,cutting process is also the edge of the amorphous alloy sheet "welding" process,after cutting directly to the formation of amorphous stator core and then the purpose of curing is to strengthen the stator core and the isolation of external air into the core.Through this process is beautiful to avoid the first curing after the line cutting,wire cutting can not take the wire or wire is not high precision.Finite element analysis motor model is the use of FLUX software for amorphous motor and silicon steel motor performance simulation.In the two motors in addition to the core material is different from other parameters under the same conditions for analysis and comparison,intuitive understanding of the motor in the no-load state of motor core loss,motor winding phase current,motor winding copper consumption,permanent magnet eddy current loss,electromagnetic torque,torque ripple,electromagnetic power and other performance parameters.The results show that the core loss,the permanent magnet eddy current loss and the torque ripple of the amorphous motor are greatly reduced compared with the silicon steel motor,and the efficiency of the amorphous motor is nearly two percentage points higher than that of the silicon steel motor.
