With the rapid growth of economic and power load,as well as the large-scale distributed resources access to the power grid,the traditional distribution network is faced with greater challenges,and the active distribution network(ADN)appears.The distributed energy consumption and demand side management are great influenced by active distribution network,which is more complex.Moreover,evaluation of ADN has highly theoretical and practical significance.Evaluation of the economy of ADN operation can not only find the weak links,which will provide theory evidence for loss reduction and energy conservation planning,but also can deal with the environmental and energy issues.Based on this,this paper studies the economic evaluation of ADN,and the main work is as follows:Firstly,according to the characteristics of ADN operation,this paper defines 6indicators in ADN,such as consumptive return rate,contribution rate,peak power loss with validity.And the calculation formula of part of original indexes has been improved in the background of ADN.On the basis of this,the evaluation index system of economic operation of hierarchical ADN is established.Secondly,this paper establishes the index weight method based on cooperative game theory.First of all,the subjective-level analysis method,the objective-entropy method and the data-BP neural network method are used to determine the weight of each index,and the optimal weights from three indexes are optimized by using the cooperative game theory.Then,this paper proposes an improved hypersphere support vector machine evaluation model.In this paper,the system gap index and the system coordination index are used to reduce the dimension of the index system,the redundancy of the index system and the training time of the hypersphere support vector machine.And the hyper sphere model based on hyper sphere support vector machine is established,and the hypersphere and kernel function are introduced to improve the overlapping sphere model.At lase,a simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and practicability of theevaluation model.Finally,considering the fuzziness and randomness in the evaluation process,this paper proposes a new economic evaluation model based on credibility theory and cloud model.First of all,the cloud model of evaluation level is determined,and the correlation degree of each index data is obtained to establish the correlation degree evaluation matrix cloud model.Then,the correlation degree cloud model is used to deal with the cloud model of correlation degree evaluation matrix,and the evaluation matrix is established.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the validity and rationality of the evaluation model.
