With the rapid development of aviation industry, aviation blade manufacturing accuracy is getting higher and higher, as too the blade measurement equipment accuracy and efficiency.however, due to the measurement system by a variety of factors, seriously restricting the measurement accuracy. So it's important to research on the blade measurement error analysis and error compensation of blades measurement data.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the causes of the error and the compensation method in the measurement system at home and abroad,the subject focuses on the analysis of the mechanical structure of the error and compensation methods. In this paper, we analyzed the error of the mechanical structure about the aviation blade measurement system, established the mathematical model of the mechanical system error, and simulated the deformation error of the mechanical structure, at last, we verified the correctness of the mathematical model and the simulation result by experiments. Research contents and results are as follows:On the basis of analyzing the structure of the measurement system and the measurement principle, we analyzed the movement of the mechanical system, and qualitatively analyzed the size of the error of each part produced in the process of measurement, found out the main error sources, and briefly analyzed the error of detection system and control system. We established the mathematical model about the mechanical structure error of measurement system, through the analysis on stress deformation, we built the space motion chain coordinate system. The movement of the probe endpoint cause three axial displacement deviation, by the vector transformation on the space coordinates, we got the mathematical expression of error;simplified the structure of force analysis model, plug into the actual parameters of the mechanical structure to calculate the axial deformation number.We used the ANSYS finite element simulation analysis software to research the mechanical structure deformation and established finite element model. To simplify the mechanical structure, considering the actual structure of the model to select the most appropriate unit and choose the hybrid grid for meshing, selected and set the parameters of grid density and element stiffness matrix, applied pressure and gravity load to solve the deformation. Analysis of the deformation when axis structure in different position and finally got the conclusion: the deformation of three axis are consistent with the result of the mathematical model.We also carried out the laser interferometer error verification experiment, designed for three axial error of the experiment according to the movement way of the measuring system. the experimental results after data processing are similar with the mathematical model and simulation analysis, verify the effectiveness of the project work; Established the three axis error compensation formulas, through the contrast of the curves, after compensating, effectively reduced the data error, improved the measurement precision of the system.
