The RoboMasters competition is a real robot tank shooting duel between competition,based on robot tank shooting pan-tilt studies, past versus open loop control of pan-tilt systems cannot meet the stability of the system and control accuracy requirements, design and implementation of a permanent magnet synchronous motor drive and closed-loop control of visual servo system.Based on embedded and Windows operating system platform, design and implement visual design of position servo system; in the analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system principle and structure design and realization of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive. Research content specific following: first, this paper to robot pan-tilt for research object proposed a based onvisual of location servo system general design programme; second,this paper on proposed of general design programme for analysis, according to pan-tilt of related performance and the mechanical structure design has visual location servo system, while for permanent magnet synchronous motor of characteristics design has a motor drive; again,this paper on servo system of hardware structure for selection and software structure for design,position servo system based on visual simulation based on MATLAB/SimuLink, to determine the feasibility and scope of PID parameters of the system; and, finally, it based on visual servo system for PC and the computer on the debugging and analysis of experimental results. Finally point out that the system needs to be further research to solve problems, and indicates the direction of research.Based on permanent magnet synchronous motor drives and visual design of position servo system based on experimental data through specific experiments, the system, analyze and debug experimental data obtained in good working condition as a whole, satisfy the requirements of stability and accuracy of the system. Through above show the success of the system design and realization of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive and closed-loop control of visual servo system.
