Along with the unceasing development of modernized industry, the servosystem is widespread in many systems' applications day by day, the higher performance of the servosystem is required.The PMSM Servosystem can achieve the performances of high accuracy, high dynamic performance,wide-scope speed regulated or orientation control, so the study of Field Orientated Control (FOC) system of PMSM has become one of the key directions in the study of digital-controlled machine tool servosystem.This paper research on the Digitization PMSM Servo Driver, the main contents are: using the Matlab/Simulink to build the simulation model of the PMSM FOC Servosystem based on the mathematical model of PMSM and the principle of FOC. In this foundation,the author design the digital servosystem based on the TMS320LF2407 DSP and the motion-control IC: IRMCK201,achieving the aim of locating the field orientation of the PMSM precisely.Furthermore, the author relaizes the communication using the CAN controller embedded in the DSP to among the DSP.This paper describes realization software of the servosystem detaily.Including: the design of the regulator, the control strategy and the realization;implement of roter initializtion position to DSP, and so on. In the whole process of software designing,the control arithmetic of the orientation-loop and the project realization are the key and difficulties.Through debug this servosystem and experiment on it, proving that this system can satisfy the basic requests of the servosystem.All the work in this paper clarifies the principles, methods and performances of the PMSM FOC system, which has the reference significance for studying the PMSM FOC system and enhancing the system's performance henceforth.
