Along with the rapid progress and development of human society, the energy crisis and environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more serious, threatening the survival of mankind. In order to realize the sustainable development of human society, represented by solar, wind and hydro, the development of renewable clean energy is the most rapidly. Because of abundant solar energy resources in our country,photovoltaic power generation has great prospects for development, at present our country is the largest country in the photovoltaic power generation capacity in the world,but the photovoltaic output has the characteristics of randomness and intermittent and volatility, this to the power system load caused great influence, severely limits the permeability of the photovoltaic power generation in power system. In order to better given photovoltaic power generation, hydro and photovoltaic complementary joint operation model is proposed.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance of the above the complementary system, and points out the hydro power and photovoltaic has good complementary characteristics, and this paper expounds the above complementary principle and operation mode.Secondly, above the complementary short-term optimal scheduling model is established, the model above to complement system in the operation, period and maximum load performance complementary system output and the curve of minimum deviation given power to plan ahead for the optimized target function, considering the constraint conditions of power system and water balance. Using simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve multi-objective problem, will use the proceeds of the solutions is stored in an external file. And based on the Pareto dominant strategy and crowded distance sort external file maintenance, reach by fuzzy optimum seeking method to select the compromise value after the number of iterations, as the optimization results of this study.Finally, using some hydro and photovoltaic complementary power plant to solve object for an example, and analyzed, proves the correctness and the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm, and proves that the hydro and photovoltaic complementary can improve the peak load capacity of power system, also is an effective way to solve the photovoltaic given.
