In recent decades,with the rapid economic development,the contradiction between energy and development has become a common concern of all sectors of society.Building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion in the total social energy consumption,and air-conditioning is the most energy-consuming section of large buildings.With the increasingly tight energy supply and people's increasingly high requirements on indoor thermal environment and indoor air quality,it is urgent to minimize energy consumption of air conditioning under the premise of comfort in the air conditioning region.Based on the energy saving and water saving evaporative condensing units,which are gradually used at the present stage,the central air-conditioning system is put into use in a technology business incubator building in Guangzhou,and combined with three recovery technologies: the condensing heat of the refrigeration unit is recovered to heat the living or process water in the building;the low-temperature,low humidity indoor air and the condensate of the system are used as the cold source for evaporative condenser,which can further recover waste cold of the whole system.In the central air-conditioning control system,the top layer is remote monitoring server,and the second layer is for PLC devices,and standard Ethernet TCP/IP communications protocol is adopted to achieve the intelligent control of temperature,humidity,fan frequency,pump frequency and condensing module in the air-conditioning system.Under the test conditions,the condensing heat recovery rate can reach 13% of the cooling capacity,and EER of the system can reach 3.61 and the comprehensive performance coefficient is as high as 4.08.Compared with the conventional air-cooled and water-cooled chillers,the improvement rates are respectively 34.7?17.9% and 52.2?33.3%.And with the decrease of refrigerating load,the energy saving effect of the evaporative cooling system becomes more obvious.The system can save 29.7% of cooling water and significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions,and automatic control system can improve the indoor air quality and stability of the unit operation.The design and research of this system can improve the energy efficiency ratio of the system to the greatest extent on the basis of mostly reserved the original unit structure,and the effect of energy saving and environmental protection is remarkable,which can be used as a reference for the study of the recovery of the IAC and the energy saving retrofit of evaporative air-conditioning system in operation.
