Research On The Key Construction Technology And Management Of RCC Dam For A Hydropower Station

The RCC dam construction technology is a kind of quick damming technique by dam construction machinery of dry concrete vibrating compaction.It has the advantages of saving cement,simplifying process,fast construction speed,low cost and so on.The roller compaction machinery is used for transportation,spreading and rolling,and the construction mechanization degree is high,Suitable for the application of large volume concrete hydraulic structures?The technology of RCC is an energy-saving and environment-friendly construction technology,but there are still some problems to be solved: For example,water leakage,temperature control problems during the high temperature,large-scale mechanized construction of continuous operation,and so on.Need long-term research,summary,explore the process and management methods,to make up for the shortcomings of the RCC.In this paper,the author participated in the construction of RCC dam in HZ pumped storage power station from 2005 to 2006.The subject material of this paper comes to the preparation work,process tracking and recording,data.The author mastered the construction method of RCC dam through the literature related to RCC dam and water conservancy and Hydropower engineering;This paper summarizes the practice of the implementation of the comprehensive quality management control methods and measures,design and use of a new type of large steel formwork,test control parameters of RCC technology,and optimization of mix design parameters,continuous rising process of RCC silo for large warehouse,technology of structure joint seam,a series of temperature control measures of RCC for the high temperature season.Compared with the conventional construction technology,the construction time and the construction investment is less.The construction practice formed a set of complete RCC dam construction method,The completion of the RCC dam is running well,and the appearance quality can reach the level of the appearance quality of the plain concrete.This RCC dam project construction experience and data has a certain reference value for the development of the RCC dam.I hope to provide reference for technical management and practice of similar projects by the summary.
