A major feature of smart grid is the high integration of power system and automation system,among which,the high request of control and protection system of real-time and reliability(monitoring and dispatching system;relay protection system;safety and stability control system and so on)would be the most collective reflection of this integration.However,with the deep penetration of information technology,while the control and protection system is in the convenience of transparent information transfer and wide-area sharing,its system operation stability,data validity and information security have become the important problems that restrict the development of control and protection system and even operation reliability of the power primary system.In order to improve the reliability of the power grid control and protection system,this paper based on the quantitative simulation analysis of control and protection system,pursue research in system comprehensive performance,data accuracy and information security these three aspects of the intelligent power grid control and protection system.This paper first establish simulation model of the power grid control and protection system by OPNET.On the basis of reorganizing modeling content and organization of the control and protection system by OPNET,creating simulation platform of device model,protocol model and scheduling control model of control and protection system will be able to meet the requirements of information flow simulation work of the control and protection system for various scenarios.For the lack of the evaluation method for operation performance of the control and protection system,comparing to the limitation of single performance index evaluation method,this paper put forward to establish comprehensive index evaluation method that considered various network characteristics,and has verified the validity of the method by experiments.The result shows that comprehensive index evaluation method of control and protection system can effectively identify the state of the system and provides evidence for the designing,operation and planning of the power grid control and protection syste m.For the statics information accuracy problem of the control and protection system,on the basis of researching about power system state assessment and limitation of the distributed state evaluation,this paper first propose control and protection system distributed state evaluation in view of information redundancy and method of bad data identification,using linear redundancy brought by the system information collection and propagation to build distributed state evaluation method of the control and protection system,which effectively achieve statics optimization and bad data identification;For the information security problem of the co ntrol and protection system,this paper for the first time build information security prevention method of control and protection based on information identification and flow control.This article reorganized the information security risk types of the control and protection system,and first brought up the idea of building setup of triple-defense-line taken anti-intrusion,anti-spread and anti-consequence as the core for control and protection system information security,and has verified that this information security prevention system and method guarantee reliable transmission of key message and also availably improve the anti-risk ability of the control and protection system communication network by experiments.
