This paper is based on the CATIA parametric design complete diameter measuring small bore tubes,realize parametric diameter measuring system,improve the measurement system model to generate and modify the speed,to meet effectively the requirement of product development.Through the study of this topic,realize the rapid design of different diameter tube diameter measurement system parameters,to improve the design efficiency and reliability,shorten the cycle of product development,has important significance to reduce the intensity of work.The mechanical measurement system,which is to be measured the variation of the internal diameter of the barrel by mechanical components "sensitive",the mechanical system to achieve the value transfer,finally through direct read mechanical displacement to get the changes of the diameter of the barrel volume.The design method of using 3D parameters,completed the measurement system of small caliber series(25mm-37mm)the parametric design of parts,standard parts,building the parametric model,assembly model,and the measurement system is analyzed and the mechanical interference.Finally,the parametric design of small diameter series is realized.
