Hub is the important components of the car,the quality requirement is more and more high,so the detection requirements become more accurate.With the development of wheel detection at home and abroad,this paper design a high precision hub clamping mechanism,make the hub quickly and accurately position and clamp,improve efficiency while ensuring the accurate measurement of the hub run-out.According to the hub detection requirements,this paper research and analyze a particular type of hub,hub hole diameter and the weight of the center as the main research parameters.Design content mainly includes positioning and clamping mechanism.this paper introduce the working principle and design scheme,meeting the needs of the hub fast clamping.Design and calculation of components in detail,determine the structure size and material selection of various components,and check and analyze the parts in detail.Using ABAQUS finite element analysis software analyze the main components of the mechanism,mainly including nonlinear analysis,dynamic analysis and contact analysis,by analyzing the results,to judge the rationality of the design. |
