Research On Rural Landscape Planning In Lintan County

From the construction of "new socialist countryside" to "the full coverage of village planning",the construction of rural landscape is gradually being pushed to a new high climax.However,the current situation of rural landscape construction in China is not optimistic.On the one hand,blind imitation leads to serious homogenization of rural landscape;on the other hand,deliberately seeking new rural landscape led to its departure from the local and regional features.In consideration of these two extreme tendencies problems,the author begin to carry out the practicing research of Lintan County Rural Landscape Planning,hoping to play a positive role in the healthy and orderly development of rural landscape.Through the research of relevant theories and reflection of the cases,the author tries to solve the problems with the planning idea of to the " regional level of coordination,individual level of differences".First of all,through the literature review and the field investigation of rural landscape in Lintan,the author summarizes the development characteristics of rural landscape.Secondly,the classification evaluation method of Lintan County Rural Landscape is constructed,which includes four aspects: rural landscape ecological evaluation;rural national characteristics excavation;the analysis of individual characteristics of village landscape in lintan county;rural built landscape environment evaluation.Then,the function mechanism of all kinds of evaluation methods to rural landscape is defined,which is that the rural comprehensive ecological pattern is the base of the rural landscape development,and is the principle and background that needs to be respected in the process of rural landscape planning;that the rural landscape under the same cultural influence has a high degree of consistency and similarity.Therefore,the classification of the rural cultural characteristics of the rural landscape determines the “regional level unified”of the rural landscape in Lintan county;the analysis of individual characteristics of village landscape is the characteristic point of the village,which is the source of the " individual level of differences" between the village and the village.The quality evaluation of rural landscape determines the basis of rural landscape construction.Based on the classification and grading method,the landscape characteristics of different rural areas and villages are defined.According to its characteristics begin the research,including based on comprehensive ecological pattern of rural development guidelines and landscape planning strategies,based on national cultural characteristics of rural landscape planning strategies and rural landscape development strategies based on different construction foundations.Under the guide of strategies,the author set up the sanitation of the nine big landscape elements,such as the road traffic,public space and lighting.Finally,the purpose of the “regional level unified” of rural landscape in certain areas is achieved.The purpose of this study is to make the rural landscape not only compatible with the large environment and cultural atmosphere,but also with small differences between each other.Conclusions are as follows: first.the rural landscape shoudn't be “homogenization or totally different ”,particular area rural landscape planning should be based on the idea of " regional level of coordination,individual level of differences ",to avoid the two extremes rural landscape problems;Secondly.build the classification and grading method,which can effectively solve the actual problem of the countryside landscape construction in the county,including the research of the four aspects :comprehensive ecological pattern,national culture,individual characteristics and rural village landscape quality.Thirdly,according to the results of classification and grading,the author formulate the path of rural landscape construction,including the country landscape planning strategy and rural landscape design.
