Based on the actual investigation,is common in the process of cold storage management operators lack of professional skills training,such problems as unscientific management mode and lead to the fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping effect is not ideal.Temperature and humidity is the most important parameter for apple cold storage.However,through the actual investigation,there are some problems in the process of fruit and vegetable management such as Unscientific management,the operator's unprofessional training lead to the preservation of fruits and vegetables and cold storage energy efficiency is not ideal and so on.Therefore,it is important to study the mechanism of heat dissipation and wetting for extending fruits and vegetables storage.In order to change the phenomenon of cold storage,it is of great significance to study the distribution of humidity field and the distribution of temperature field during the batch purchase of fruit and vegetable cold storage.Based on the actual application of fruit and vegetable cold storage in Fufeng County of Shaanxi Province,this paper establishes a complete three-dimensional model and solves the numerical solution of unsteady flow and heat transfer.From the actual operation and management factors affecting the stability of temperature and humidity of the rolls,cold storage was studied respectively in batches incoming goods area in the process of temperature field distribution and temperature stability,and whether the influence of wet zone humidity field of goods,the specific research work are as follows:(1)The variation characteristics of temperature field of an apple refrigerator are analyzed by numerical simulation.And apple freezers temperature value of the location of measuring points and the actual measurement value comparison,comparing the results show that the measured characteristics are similar to the numerical and simulation results,the reliability of the cold storage model is established by this paper is verified.(2)Using CFD software simulation in the process of batch purchase new stock temperature distribution on the original goods,and put forward in the process,the most unfavorable location of measuring points distribution in the original goods.Simulation results show that the addition of new goods will affect the stable temperature field of the original goods,the temperature fluctuations,and the most unfavorable point of temperature fluctuations to 1 ?,more than the apple required storage conditions,impact of apple storage quality,reduce its commercial value.(3)According to the simulation results of the batch process of the refrigerated warehouse in the apple,the average temperature of the body during the cooling process of the different batch is obtained.As the quantity of the goods increased,the cooling time gradually increased,the cooling rate gradually decreased,and the cooling time of the latter batch of goods was increased.(4)Apple through CFD simulation research in the process of cold storage for several stock distribution,the humidity of the original goods found not using humidifier add wet,cold storage distribution of internal relative humidity of 75%-80% and cannot meet the requirement of the relative humidity in storage fruits and vegetables.Obtained in the process of apple cold storage stock with the humidifier humidification to meet the needs of apple of humidity field and simulation analysis using humidifier humidification apple freezers distribution of relative humidity is 80%-90%,satisfies the requirement of apple storage of humidity field.
