| With the accelerated process of urbanization,modern rhythm of life to improve,people in a state of tension and oppression in a long time,which are extremely unfavorable to people's physical and mental health.Living in the good environment could regulate bad mood,reduce stress,improve people's mental state,with these positive effects of the environment can be called restorative environment.In the city,the use of environmental rehabilitation benefits to restore physical health has become more and more important,residential green space is not only the first green living in contact with people,but also the most frequent use of green space,therefore,it's great significance to explore the application of the theory of restorative environment in the residential green space.Based on the theory of the restorative environment,this paper summarizes its characteristics and evaluation criteria,combines the residential area landscape design,summarizes the application principle and practice method.Taking the Yunheshangjun Community of Zhengzhou as an example,research the status of the community,with the survey scale as a data support to summarize the existing environmental problems,then use the restorative environment landscape design practices to do the transformation design.Through the comparison and analysis of the landscape before the transformation design,and explore the rehabilitation benefits of the landscape environment after the transformation design.it is clear that use the restorative environmental landscape design into the residential area of green space,has a positive effect on the restoration of attention fatigue,soothing mood and reducing the stress of life.The study demonstrated that the constituent elements and methods of the restorative environment can be applied to the landscape design of the residential area,which provides some ideas and methods for the study of emotional,physical and mental health restoration in today 's environment and landscape design. |
