With the improvement of the precision of laser gyro and mass production technology,the application of inertial navigation system is more and more widely.On the development of the new aircraft,the control of the laser gyro inertial measurement system(LINS)is more and more strict,especially the starting time requirement.Temperature is an important factor which restricts the starting time of LINS,and how to reduce the negative impact from temperature becomes the key technology to be broken.LINS as the main research object of this essay in order to realize the inertial navigation of fast starting,and improve the precision of the LINS,on the basis of theoretical research,study the temperature compensation technology and temperature control of the LINS.Firstly,this paper introduces principle and important components of LINS,analysis the temperature characteristics of laser gyro,accelerometer and I/F conversion circuit,explicit understand the essentiality of temperature error compensation and the principle of all kinds of modeling methods,What's more,analysis and compare their advantages and disadvantages.Secondly,for the laser gyro temperature compensation,analysis the relationship between the output in the constant temperature and variable temperature environment and temperature,temperature change rate and other nine variables by stepwise regression analysis,comparing the output stability before and after compensation.On the basis of improving the precision,this paper mainly analyzes how to realize the compensation of the gyro bias by spline interpolation method.In the aspect of the quartz flexible accelerometer system,this paper introduces two methods,one is temperature compensation,the other way is temperature control.Finally,the effect of laser gyro and accelerometer temperature compensation and the performance of temperature control system are verified though the static output stability and precision.It can effectively shorten the starting time of LINS and improve the precision of LINS output and calibration.
