This paper mainly studies temperature parameters measurement technology at explosion of thermobaric bomb , In this paper, the domestic and foreign temperature Measurement present situations and the trend of development are elaborated. Aimed at the particular environment in the explosion of thermobaric bomb, the main technical parameters of the temperature Measurement system are determined; the design scheme of the system is established. And the Nanmac Corporation's temperature sensor is selected in accordance with the test system for explosion environment. And design the system hardware electric circuits which mainly include analogous circuit and Digital circuit. The analogous circuit include temperature compensation circuit ,power circuit, Anti-alias filter and so on,especially introduce the principle of temperature compensation and the compensation circuit design. The Digital circuit takes the CPLD as control core to complete the sampling process and the data storage sequential control function, aiming at EMI in explosion environment of thermo baric bomb, researched on the system's EMC. The read routine is compiled with VB, The test data is sent into computer through USB to complete the communication, displaying and processing, etc. Finally, the system was tested.In this paper, super high temperature measurement system with small size, low power, anti-interference ability etc. the system can work exactly, reliably and in a real-time to get the super high Detonation temperature parameters in the environment which is with high temperature and high pressure, high-impact, strong electromagnetic interference environment.
