With the development of ultrasonic technology,B-Mode Ultrasonic Medical Instrument(BUMI)has been widely used in clinical medicine and becomes more and more miniature and portable.The improvement of living level makes the desire of medical ultrasonic equipment coming into ordinary towns and rural clinics more and more intense which puts forward a higher request to the portability of BUMI.Under such background,this thesis newly designs the back-end main control system of the black-white BUMI based on embedded solutions,then integrates the back-end main control system and the frontal ultrasonic image acquisition circuit into one piece of printed circuit board,forming a new generation of portable BUMI.This thesis adopts ARM processor and new FPGA as the core unit to newly design the back-end main control system of the BUMI and gets its structure diagram,then introduces the image showing process,which includes ping-pang operation,color correction,image overlay,control display such four parts.Every part's timing simulation is made based on FPGA,and the simulation results are analyzed to prove the new FPGA and its peripheral components whether can complete the image showing function.All the results prove the new back-end main control system's feasibility.After these,each part of the block diagram of the new back-end control system is detailed designed into material circuit,mainly including the ARM block circuits,the FPGA block circuits and the power supply block circuits.Finally,this thesis introduces the principles of PCB design,the process of component arrangement and the measures taken to supress the interference.With the result of 10 floors PCB,the front image data acquisition circuit and the back-end main control system circuit are integrated into one piece board,so the portable BUMI's size is effectively controlled and its circuit integration is highly enhanced.The portable BUMI effectively controls its cost and also gets a high portability,it will give a great help to promoting the medical ultrasonic instrument's further popularization and realizing the desire of BUMI coming into ordinary towns and countryside clinic,so it has a wide market prospect and important application value.
