X-ray nondestructive test ing is one of the methods for evaluating the qualit y of the welded jo ints o f the aerospace aluminum allo y structure,which has a high defect t ype and reso lut ion,and the method is still dominant in the space product qualit y evaluation.However,the lossless detect ion film on the preservat ion and management,limited by the preservat ion period,to the negat ive informat ion evaluat ion for a long time has been dependent in professional assessment personnel fro m visual observation and experience,are subject to certain restrict ions to assess the correctness and accuracy,so it is necessary to develop a special film digital techno logy,and form a set for aluminum allo y weld film digit izat ion evaluat ion method.Based on the previous work,in this paper the aerospace aluminum allo y welding seam nondestructive detect ion of photographic image digit al techno logy is applied in the field of aerospace engineering.A set of digital system of the nondestructive inspect ion o f the aerospace aluminum allo y welding seam is constructed.The system is composed of high brightness LED light source,large dynamic range o f CCD photoelectric sensor,film transmission mechanism,precise timing control system and co mputer.In this paper,the manufacturing process informat ion digit izat ion of,help traditional X-ray detect ion techno logy to the precision and standardizat ion direct ion o f ascensio n.The proposed negative digital techno logy provides a good basis for computer aided evaluation.
