Comparative Application Af Steel Wood Formwork System And Aluminum Alloy Formwork System

According to statistics,in the construction of concrete structures,the cost of formwork works accounts for about 20%-30% of the total construction cost,the work amount is about 30%-40% of the total work amount,and the construction period consumption is about 50%.The formwork works are also closely related to the construction quality,progress,safety,green environmental protection,cost,etc.As two new concrete formwork systems,steel wood formwork system and aluminum alloy formwork system,it is of great significance to discuss their engineering characteristics,application scope,common problems and treatment methods.In order to study the factors related to the selection of formwork for concrete structure engineering,the following studies are carried out:(1)Comparative Study of the technical characteristics of the two types of formwork system;(2)Comparative Study of the economic and technical indicators of the two formwork systems;(3)analysis of the defects of the two formwork systems and the corresponding countermeasures;(4)example verification of the implementation effect of aluminum alloy formwork system.The results show that:(1)the steel wood formwork system adopts the standard component technology more simply and quickly,and the aluminum alloy formwork system needs factory customization and pre assembly and other links,so the technology is more complex;(2)the steel wood formwork system has advantages in less than 30 layers in terms of economy;and after the comprehensive factors of quality,progress and environmental protection,the aluminum alloy formwork system has advantages in more than 20 layers Advantages;(3)The steel-wood formwork system has the advantage of flexible patchwork formwork,the aluminum alloy formwork system is fully finalized,and the field change is small.
