At present,competition mechanism has been introduced in China power industry to implement bidding business.This requires power plants continuously to improve unit economic efficiency and decrease generating cost;Also this raises higher requirements of thermal generator set's economic benefit,the unit load operation and condition maintenance quality.Turbine's vacuum system has significant affect to safety and economic operation in thermal power plant;Deterioration of vacuum system will induce turboset economy reduce and even endanger the whole unit.So it is necessary to optimize the turbine vacuum system,that means mainly to optimize the shaft sealing system?vacuum-pumping system?cold-end system and condenser fault diagnosis system which the impact on steam turbine vacuum system is relatively large,the safety and economical efficiency of the steam turbine operation will get up the security.this thesis mainly studied the following four aspects:(1)Per the structural features of gland seal system,this paper is to analyze labyrinth gland and beehive gland process properties and relative merits.Through modeling analysis and instance comparison between comb type seal and beehive gland,this paper is to demonstrate the impact caused by seal leakage to coal consumption;Gland seal system optimization can realize the optimization of the steam turbine vacuum system.(2)Through optimization of negative pressure eight pipe system,condenser vacuum system stability can be realized and coal consumption will be decreased.This paper studies variant extraction equipment and analyze the influence to condenser vacuum system,to raise optimization proposals.This paper demonstrates water ring vacuum pump system advantage through instance comparison betweenefflux and exhaust system and water ring vacuum pump system,it can further optimize the steam turbine vacuum system after it'sreconstruction.(3)This paper analyzes fouling resistance effect on heat transfer performance of condenser copper pipes through the condenser copper pipe fouling resistance theory model;Because of the condenser rubber ball cleaning device running discontinuity,we optimized the overall structure,did contrast test and analyzed sponge ball cleaning device of condensereffect on condenser vacuum system before optimization and after;Base on sponge ball cleaning device of condenser optimization,circulating water pump structure optimization and circulating water operation mode optimization,we created the best vacuum condenser model of steamturbine unit cold end system and demonstrated the best operation mode of steam turbine unit cold end system through instance analysis to further optimize steam turbine vacuum system.(4)Per Fault symptom parameters of condenser vacuum system,we developed fault diagnosis system Utilizing C++,QT4.7.3 etc.software in Windows operating system.We collected experiment data and monitored operating data to realize on-line fault diagnose and also repair and maintenance,to increase condenser vacuum and decrease coal consumption.At last,through the deep study of influence on steam turbine vacuum caused by gland seal system,vacuum-pumping system and cold junction system,to optimize steam turbine vacuum system's body equipment;Also realize the condenser vacuum fault fast fault diagnose and maintenance and steam turbine vacuum system operation optimization through the condenser fault diagnosis system software.
