The optimum operation parameters of main equipments and auxiliary equipments can be obtained by thermodynamic performance test of unit, which can decrease operation cost. Take DaQi 300MW unit as an example, the tests of fixed pressure and sliding pressure operation mode and feedwater pump consumed work are done, and the unit optimum operation mode in the range of full load is obtained. The tests of output correction for differing back pressure and water circulating pump consumed work are also done. The models of condenser off-design performance and turbine optimum back pressure are built in the paper, and the optimum operation vacuum and water circulating pump operation mode of different cooling water inlet temperature and different unit load are obtained.
