In the servo system,servo drive system is an important part,which drives the motor and its speed reducer in the servo system,thus to control motion of objects driven by the servo system.Due to the complex power devices and large volume of current permanent magnet synchronous motor servo drive control technology,the introduction of FPGA technology makes the driver highly integrated with the servo mechanism,thus to reduce the volume and stable its working efficiency.This paper mainly studies the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo drive control technology based on FPGA,the research results can be gradually applied to modularized electromechanical servo mechanism and high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor drive controller.Firstly,this paper mainly introduces the development trend of electromechanical servo system servo drive technology,application of FPGA technology in the system of permanent magnet synchronous motor,and its characteristics and advantages.On this basis,it also introduces the trend of permanent magnet synchronous motor under the control of the FPGA development,and the feature,principle and development trend of FPGA technology.Then based on the three-phase structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor,makes the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor d-q axis coordinate system.The vector control principle of three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system is studied in detail from the aspects of vector coordinate transformation,and the system design is realized by using FPGA.Finally,the paper focuses on the DSP FPGA multi-channel PMSM controller circuit.This paper uses FPGA chip A3P1000PQG208,and the VerilogHDL language program,CLARK transform module,PARK transform module,PARK inverse transform module,trigonometric function module,SVPWM module were designed by proportional control algorithm and multiplier.The last is analysis and experimental verification based on the above data,complete the design of multi-channel servo motor current loop based on FPGA,and complete FPGA coding,simulation,verification and performance test,and completed the servo control driver FPGA design report.Using servo motor and servo mechanism prototype,the current loop,speed loop and position loop performance debugging test of servo control system were carried out.
