Study On The Application Of Natural Gas Distributed Energy System In Shijiazhuang City

This paper gives a comprehensive introduction to the natural gas distributed energy system combined with domestic and overseas literatures;and briefly analyzes the development status of natural gas distributed energy system.There are serious problems in Shijiazhuang such as air pollution,the unreasonable traditional forms of energy,and the unbalanced use of natural gas in winter and summer.Based on the local energy characteristics,the paper systematically analyzes the application of natural gas distributed energy system in Shijiazhuang.Firstly,the paper introduces the application field of natural gas energy distribution system;it mainly includes some large-scale public construction projects,industrial parks,integrated business district,monomer or buildings and other projects.The paper surveys the existing public buildings and the status of environmental protection,heat,electricity and so on in th e city of Shijiazhuang.It is found that the city of Shijiazhuang has serious problems such as large energy consumption,unbalanced energy structure,serious pollution,uneven heating network,severe unevenness of natural gas in winter and summer.It is im perative to develop the clean and energy-saving natural gas distributed energy system,combining the characteristic of energy structure of Shijiazhuang.Secondly,the paper researches the feature of cold and thermal load,industrial load,public building and residential load of Shijiazhuang,and analyzes the technical and economic conditions of the natural gas distributed energy system.And then evaluates the advantages of natural gas distributed energy system from four aspects;it covers the energy efficiency,energy saving and emission reduction,optimizing the energy structure and energy security evaluation.Simultaneously,the paper obtains the weaknesses of the development of natural gas distributed energy system based upon the energy price system,electricity sales policy,the price of gas turbine equipment.At last,the paper proves the feasibility and development bottleneck of Shijiazhuang distributed energy in practice,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on these problems.The paper also points out the limitations and further research.In recent years,the national and local promulgated a series of support policies on electricity reform,natural gas reform and so on.The development of corresponding technology is also in the rapid growth.As long as the government department to seize opportunities and reasonable planning,there will be a bright prospect in the application of natural gas distributed energy system in Shijiazhuang.
