| Modern machinery industry in many situations is dependent on the dynamic air supply and it makes air compressor to be one of the necessary devices for many manufacturers.In the working process of air compressor,it compresses air while a lot of lubricating oil dumping into the mechanical structure,the oil and the compressed gas are mixed,and the mixtures of oil and gas are usually disposed by oil and gas separator.Whether an oil and gas separator design is reasonable,depends on the height of exhaust air compressor oil content,the service life,and the reliable operation of the unit and power consumption.This paper researches on an oil and gas separator of whirlwind structure combined with coalescence filtration efficient.Its separation mechanism of coalescence filtration of relatively is more mature,so this thesis mainly focuses on the influence of the flow field of cyclone separator structure aspects.First,it studies the gas-liquid two phase fluid flow pattern classification,and analyzes what flow pattern is suit for the task.As close as possible to the actual turbulent or laminar motion law,it simplifies the theory,makes it equivalent to a single-phase flow field for analysis.Then,the paper gives a general design for this oil and gas separator for air compressor,and calculates the oil droplets separation parameter,and thinks of the main structure form,selects the main structure form of the oil and gas separator.Based on the CFD analysis of flow field simulation,the paper optimizes the structure of oil and gas separator,mainly from the clearance between inner and outer barrels,barrels length,and rectifier.According to the analysis results,it decides the optimized tank structure parameters and gives detail design of the tank.Then it takes modal check for the optimized model,and analyzed the imported velocity.Finally,according to the separating theory for oil and gas separator,it designs a simple and highly effective testing specification.Then it tests the prototype,and records and analyzes the tests data.The experimental results show that the rectification of the original optimization achieved a good result.Prototype overall test data shows the results are less than 1000 PPM,far better than the average level of the industry which is less than 10000 PPM,the prototype of the separation efficiency of oil and gas has reached the leading level in the industry. |
