The compound T-shaped pipeline separator is a kind of pipeline with a complicated multi-branch structure based on the ordinary T-shaped pipeline. It is now gradually used in the research of two-phase and multi-phase flow.In the composite T-shaped pipeline separator, with the changes of inlet and outlet pressure, flow rate, tube wall temperature, inlet oil-gas ratio, pipeline geometry and topographic relief and other parameters, many flow structures with different phase interfaces are formed when the oil-gas mixture fluids flow in the pipeline, referred to as flow pattern.Flow pattern is one of the basic elements describing the gas-liquid two-phase flow system.Different multi-phase flow patterns have different dynamics and heat transfer characteristics,so the study of flow patterns is very important for the theoretical study and parameter measurement of two-phase and multi-phase flow.Correctly judging the internal flow pattern of the pipeline is of great significance to the research and engineering application of gas-liquid two-phase flow in the T-shaped pipeline. The overall research idea of this paper is as follows: the two-dimensional compound T-shaped pipeline is used as the simulation model,Fluent fluid simulation software is used to conduct the flow pattern analysis and turbulence characteristics research by combining theoretical and numerical simulation analysis, and the oil and gas separation process of mixed infusion formed by diesel and air under various working conditions is simulated, and analyze the influence of the branch pipe height H,branch pipe width D,inlet flow velocity V,inlet oil phase ratio ? and number of branch pipes N on the oil and gas separation.Firstly, the height of the branch tube was taken as a variable,T-shaped pipelines with branch pipe height H of 50 mm,70mm and 90 mm wereselected for comparison. The influence of branch pipe height H on oil and gas separation was observed, and the formation process and hazards of the plug flow in the middle of the branch tube were analyzed in detail.Taking branch pipe width D as variable, the 10 mm,20mm and 30 mm composite T-shaped pipelines were compared to observe the influence of branch pipe width D on oil and gas separation phenomenon. Then, the compound T-shaped pipeline with a height of 70 mm as the branch tube was selected, and the inlet flow velocity V of the main pipe was used as a variable to observe the influence of the inlet flow velocity V of the main pipe on the oil and gas separation phenomenon under the conditions of 1m/s,2m/s,3m/s and 4m/s.Selection of the same height of branch pipe compound tee pipe,? of oil phase accounted for 45%,60% and 75% of the influence of different conditions for oil and gas separation phenomenon.? of selecting oil phase accounted for 75%,director of import velocity of 3m/s T-shaped pipeline as the research object, the number of branch pipe N is 1,2,3 and 4,when the pipe respectively oil-gas two-phase flow and separation.
