Research On Design Of Urban Residential Formation Benefiting Social Sustainability

Eventhough the sociaty and economy have a large development these years,the patten of residential area has kept for decades,which can not satisfied the need of urban residents for higher life quality.In addition,the combined social contradictions,including bad relationship with neighbors and crisis of confidence,have had a negitive influence on residents’ life.Therefore,this research is based on the factor of social sustainability among the theories of sustainability.Taking residential community as research subject,exploring the possibility of improving the level of social sustainability in residential community by demonstration the initial relationship of residential community and social sustainability.Meanwhile,relavant design strategies are proposed by combining theories and case studies.Trying to solve social contradiction by urban design and architecture design strategies,improving the harmonious development.This paper studies on the domestic and foreign literatures and a large number of cases,the high stability of district population lives on social sustainability,high security environment,high sense of belonging to residents,residents of frequent social communication and extensive social justice five features discussed in the analysis of residential morphology the factors directly affect the social sustainability and indirect effects,positive and negative effects of these two groups of relative relation at the same time,the residential morphology is divided into two aspects: structure form and detail form effect of residential society sustainable residential form elements.Combined with the questionnaire improve accessibility,improve diversity security,safety,enhance the readability and create a high-quality public space of the five design principles.Secondly,in the social sustainable related theories,combined with a large number of residential case,through the residential area The frame structure,the three aspects of the road system and service facilities,with diversity,accessibility and readability of three and residential structure most closely to discuss the design principles of residential structure design strategy for sustainable society,and stimulate the vitality of the street from the three aspects of neighborhood communication,rising public space and live in residential areas to the residents personality of the show is discussed in detail on the form design methods of residential area.Based on the analysis of various outstanding settlements case in the shape design of the gain and loss,of these strategies can affect the residential social state,the possibility to improve the residential area by building and city design the strategy of social status.This article through the literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey and so on many kinds of research methods,the architecture and the city design as the foundation,learn and absorb the knowledge of related disciplines such as psychology,sociology,landscape architecture,city planning and so on,in the premise of rigorous scientific proof,through the forms of residential district design changes residential social environment.To enhance the social sustainability.In the hope that this paper can the current residential area facing the social problems to provide new ideas and methods,and expand the thinking direction of architecture,in order to facilitate the research and practice in the future.
