Meteorological satellites through the spaceborne imaging equipment to capture clouds and earth images,to get a complete satellite images,the need for image navigation and registration,so the meteorological satellite itself and the load of the visual axis of attitude measurement and control is very important.High-precision dynamic optical axis pointing to the experimental verification system is used to assess the accuracy of the optical axis of the satellite.The project is based on the "Aerial Science and Technology Corporation of Shanghai Aerospace Science and Technology Research Institute of the" image navigation and registration of all physical simulation test system ",asked to complete the simulation experiment triaxial air floating platform attitude measurement and satellite load optical axis pointing accuracy assessment.In this paper,we first analyze the various pose measurement methods based on laser self-collimation,laser tracker and image vision,and summarize their respective characteristics and application occasions.According to the project demand and the condition of the field condition,a non-contact attitude measurement system based on the laser double vector projection and the computer vision is proposed.The real-time measurement of the pose of the air-Mathematical model for the nonlinear equations of the model to solve the problem is given Newton iterative method of attitude angle numerical solution to complete the flotation platform pose solution simulation verification.According to the system model and the technical requirements,the system of industrial cameras,image acquisition cards,laser indicators and other hardware selection and design,and complete the system hardware platform to build.The global calibration method and principle of the system parameters based on the laser tracker are given and the simulation verification is completed.According to the requirements of the system,the system is designed and written.Finally,the system simulation test platform is built,the global calibration of the system parameters is carried out,and the system function and precision experiment are carried out.Finally,the accuracy of the attitude measurement of the triaxial airfoil platform is 0.2 °...
