With the development of space technology,the micro satellite with the ability of agile attitude maneuver receive more and more attention,this kind of satellite can execute fast attitude maneuver with large angle,which set higher requirements for satellite attitude control system;and in order to ensure the reliability of spacecraft attitude control system,use the air bearing table to run the ground test is proved effective and indispensable.This article choose the micro satellite with the ability of agile attitude maneuver as the research object,the control scheme which using a variety of actuator are designed to achieve agile attitude maneuver for it.Also the three axis air bearing experiment platform is designed and manufactured according to the characteristics of micro satellite.This experiment platform can be used to show the agile attitude maneuver control scheme's control effect on the ground.Firstly,according to the background of continuous observation of a satellite in a particular orbit,we can get the target to achieve.Based on the traditional PD control,the satellite attitude agile control scheme is built with the flywheel.Through the simulation and analysis of this scheme,aiming at its shortcomings,the satellite attitude agile control scheme is built with the cold gas propulsion system and the flywheel and its control effect is verified by simulation.Secondly,aiming at the micro satellite,this paper designs and develops the three axis air bearing experiment platform which can be used for the simulation of the ground agile attitude control.The platform use the cold gas propulsion system and the flywheel as actuators,choose the fiber optic gyros and the tilt sensor as the attitude sensor,and the optimization of this platform is based on the range of motion,stiffness,and gravity and other aspects.At the same time,in order to ensure the accuracy of the experiment,we designed a three axis automatic center of gravity adjustment device,which can ensure that the center of gravity is consistent with the rotation center during the experiment.Finally,the experiment is designed and executed to verify the three axis air bearing experiment platform's function.And through the experimental platform,we execute the physical simulation for the satellite attitude agile control scheme to verify the scheme is effective and reliable.
