| Transmission is an important part of the automobile transmission system.The automatic transmission can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the drivers,and can simultaneously improve the comfort,economy and power of the vehicles.The automatic transmission has the advantages of uninterrupted power transmission,high reliability in dealing with complicated road conditions,and the characteristics of smooth shift and high comfort.Therefore,it has been widely used in military vehicles.In recent years,the military vehicles are needed to update and improve the level of information.And the high-performance automatic transmissions are urgently needed in military vehicles.At present,the domestic research on automatic transmission is not very mature,and can not meet the needs of military vehicles for automatic transmission.Therefore,under such a background,it is of great social significance and national defense significance to make an intensive study of the automatic transmission control module and realize production.In this paper,MA2610 F automatic transmission of Guizhou Kai Xing hydraulic transmission limited company is used as control object,and the automatic transmission control module(TCM)is designed according to the design requirements.The design of TCM is mainly from three aspects: functional hardware circuit design,anti-electromagnetic interference design and electromagnetic interference emission suppression design.Anti-EMI design is based on the characteristics of the interference signal,corresponding protection circuits are designed for different circuits.The interference signal generator model and electronic element model are built according to the characteristics of interference signal and protection device.Then,a complete simulation model of protection circuit is built to simulate the influence of interference is carried out to verify the correctness and validity of the protection circuit,and the circuit principle and parameters are adjusted according to the simulation results.Electromagnetic interference(EMI)emission is mainly depressed by three aspects: improving circuit design,optimizing PCB and adding shielding body.Firstly,the electromagnetic interference emission test of the unimproved TCM is done to know the source and characteristics of electromagnetic interference.Then,the targeted optimize designs of circuit,such as filtering,isolation,etc.,and reasonable designs of PCB stack and layout,wiring are been used to suppress electromagnetic interference emissions.Finally,the metal enclosure is used as the shielding body of the TCM to suppress the radiation emission.Finally,the TCM has strong electromagnetic interference resistance and very low EMI emission after adding protective filter circuits and EMI suppression measures,and can pass all the electromagnetic compatibility tests. |
