| As the main power transmission equipment,the safe and stable operation of highvoltage overhead transmission lines directly affects the reliability of power supply systems.Through patrol inspection,problems in power transmission lines can be discovered in a timely manner and the occurrence of faults can be reduced.Robot patrol inspection will gradually replace the existing manual patrol inspection,helicopter patrol inspection,and unmanned aerial vehicle patrol inspection as the main means of highvoltage power transmission line patrol inspection.However,the working environment of the line patrol robot is located near the power transmission line,and the large electromagnetic field intensity will affect the stability of the electromagnetic sensitive components mounted on the line patrol robot.In this paper,the research object is the double arm suspension type line patrol robot designed by the research group,and its electromagnetic shielding design is carried out to ensure its reliable operation.The main research work includes:1.Analyze the electromagnetic field characteristics generated below the highvoltage transmission line,and the structural dimensions and operating posture of the line patrol robot;A two-dimensional infinite length parallel to the ground transmission line model and a three-dimensional catenary transmission line model have been established.Taking a 110KV single-phase four-bundle inverted triangular transmission line as an example,the peak electric field and magnetic induction intensity at typical locations 5cm and 50cm below it have been calculated.2.Import the 2D and 3D transmission line models into the electromagnetic simulation software,set up the simulation environment,and perform the electromagnetic field strength simulation calculation.The deviation error between the results and the theoretical calculation is within a reasonable range,verifying the correctness of the theoretical calculation.3.Taking the limits of electromagnetic fields exposed to the public environment in China as the design standard for electromagnetic shielding in this article,the electromagnetic shielding requirements of the line patrol robot when working online are analyzed,and a set of electromagnetic shielding devices is designed for the line patrol robot.4.Import the box model and sensor shielding room model after the electromagnetic shielding design into the air domain built by the electromagnetic simulation software,set the material parameters and the location of the model,and simulate and calculate that the internal electric field and magnetic induction strength of the model meet the electric field and magnetic induction strength within the electromagnetic shielding design standards,verifying the rationality of the electromagnetic shielding settings. |
