At present,Development trend of high speed rolling bearing in high speed machine tools and aerospace field is thin-walled and lightweight,especially in the field of aviation and aerospace,the usage of thin-walled elastic bearing and hollow shaft is increasing sharply.Due to flexible of the hollow shaft,thin-walled ring and bearing housing,when is loaded.these structures generate elastic deformation and the deformation is coupled.Since current theory of rolling bearing is based on Hertz contact theory and the rigid rings assumption,that means,reckon without rings’ elastic deformation influence on stiffness of the bearing with thin-walled elastic support,which will lead to error.As a structure of supporting system in aerospace engine rotors,thin-walled elastic bearing’s stiffness influences the resonance characteristics of engine shaftings.To fulfil the need for change parameters of bearing and support structure repeatedly and calculation of stiffness about thin-walled elastic support’s bearing to adjust the resonance frequency of the engine is an urgent problem,while design process of bearing with thin-walled elastic support’ stiffness,This paper classified rolling bearings and elastic supports according to actual project.Through secondary exploration of Unigraphics(3D modeling software),8 kinds of thin-walled elastic supporting bearing model are established inclouding interference checking and main structure parameters’ output.Reduction of time required about modeling thin-walled elastic supporting bearing significantly,by utilizing the technology of Model Based Definition(MBD)in UG,which meet the demand of engine virtual prototype for bearing design response speed.All structure parameters which are saved into database during the process of UG modeling process will be invoked while re-modeling in finite element software ANSYS.Re-establishing parameterization model of thin-walled elastic supporting bearing contains mesh refinement around specified lines by using APDL what is automatically generated,which bridges UG and ANSYS,achieves the secondary development of ANSYS,completes the static simulation of thin-walled elastic supporting bearing within nonlinear contaction.The internal load distribution and the deformation of rings at different azimuth angles are obtained under the combined action of axial force,radial force and bending moment.The correctness of the calculation results is verified by means of structural symmetry,submodel method,Hertz elastic contact theory and bearing dynamics analysis software.Then the middle axis deformation of rings ANSYS output is fitted by the MATLAB,and thin-walled elastic supporting bearing’s stiffness and stress distribution are calculated.Finally,made an analysis software of the bearing with thin-walled elastic support via integrating and invocating for application program based on C languag.By the use of Visual,C++,SQL and APDL language,realizing data exchange between UG,ANSYS and MATLAB,A program for calculating the stiffness of thin-walled elastic support bearings is compiled,which shortens the time spent in stiffness calculation.
