The Case Research On Grid Management Of Panjin Port Security

Because of its important geographic location and strategic significance, Panjinport has become an important port for revitalizing The strategy ofthe northeast old industrial base and "the Belt and Road".With the acceleratio n of the port construction process, the scale of the port is expanding, and it requires a higher level of security management model. Compared with the port construction level, the level of safety management is somewhat behind, and the defect of port safety management comes to light gradually.On the basis of detailed analysis of gridding and urban grid management, combined with current status of port safety management, this paper introduced comprehensive urban grid management to safety production in port, and the production safety grid management system is constructed. The specific content as follows: the first part introduces the research background, purpose and significance, research methods and the researchcontent; the second part introduces general situation and problems on Panjin port safety management; the thirdpartintroduces the theoretical part of the grid and urban grid management were introduced in detail,and analyzes of present situation of the application of existing grid managementat home and abroad; thefourth analyzes the feasibility and necessity of urban grid management if Panjin adopt the management, and puts emphasis on the construction of Panjin port safety grid management model; at last, this paper introduces how to implement Safeguard mea sures in security management.This paper was based on Panjinport safety management using the traditional management model of port security and producing a lot of problems, proposed using the new, standardized and scientific grid security management. By analyzing the feasibility of the innovation management model of Panjin port security management into grid management, for the personnel safety as the basic goal, integrating various resources, identifing the responsibilities of each department, relying on a unified management model, by constructing network management, information network, monitoring network information technology to achieve implementation of Panjinport grid security management. Implement the Panjin port's grid security management and promote grid management norms and effective operation, it has guiding significance for the port being implemented "Internet Port +" and "TEU" strategy, and has important reference value for the establishment of the port safety management platform to improve the port safety management level.
