| The Blade Locking Block’s Assembly fixes and locks the compressor blades in the Aero-Engine high pressure compressor components. The parts’ s material is casting high temperature alloys which is hard to machined. Their Assembly position critical and frequently replaced, quantity great. But parts of processing efficiency, internal thread machining difficult,have been the production bottlenecks.Based on the Blade locking block internal thread machining from ordinary machines to CNC machining process for the study, this thesis solves difficult processing problems of locking block parts for small size thread, to solve the locking block parts for small size thread is difficult problem, through the analysis of the chemical composition of locking block K141 material, heat treatment state and the relationship between the mechanical properties and the effect on cutting performance, the tools used in the lock block processing are researched and experimented. Through the different material of the tap processing K141 internal thread when the test data and analysis, to determine the internal thread cutting way to minimize thread cutting force. Due to the low frequency when the vibration tapping processing chip breaker cutting experiment, the numerical control thread milling cutting test chip breaker, implements the locking piece of thread machining parts. Of thread milling process and selection of parameters of key analysis, and by using numerical control thread milling by the characteristics of the cutting force is small, when combined with the numerical control equipment of the interpolation function, by changing the mechanism of thread cutting, reduce the thread cutting when the cutting stress, reduce the torque tool suffered, and then complete the internal thread locking block parts of high efficient cutting. Through the error sources of machining process were analyzed, and the analysis to determine the error generated by the system’s influence on the precision parts processing, using two-way automatic centering fixture well solves the positioning base and processing base of harmonious and unified,reduced the error, combined with the actual processing and verify the stability of process system.Numerical control equipment, in order to give full play to the characteristics of numerical control technology, through the reasonable selection of thread milling cutter, and make reasonable and efficient nc machining process route, to guarantee the quality of products at the same time effectively improved the efficiency of parts production and processing, and reduce the manufacturing cost, at the same time solve the enterprise small thread specifications for difficult-to-machine materials processing and manufacturing and the technical difficult problem. |
