Study On Performance Test Bench On Window Lift Motor

Now,cars generally use the electric window system,the window lift motor is a kind of most important part of the electric window system.From its working environment,it requires the window lift motor to work reliably in high temperature,low temperature,vibration,moisture,and even waterproof environment,but also to meet the window glass lift speed requirement,Movement stability requirement and Locking force requirement.At the same time,it requires the window lift motor have advantages of low noise,small vibration,electromagnetic interference,excellent protection conditions.Window lift motor are getting more and more attention With the rising demand for comfort of the car,therefore,the study of window lift motor has a very important practical significance.Firstly,we carried out functional analysis of the testing bench based on the window lift motor performance testing requirements,testing purposes and the development of technical specifications.Its main function is to test the six kinds of performances of the window lift motor,include mechanical properties,starting characteristics,gear gap,self-locking function,reverse start performance,transmission synchronous performance.We design a reasonable mechanical structure for the test bench,according to the overall requirements of the window lift motor test bench.We design a set of signal processing system,and select the host computer as the core of the monitoring and control system to ensure the accuracy of the bench.And,Choose VC6.0 as the development platform,take advantage of object-oriented feature of the C ++ assembly language,design the software of the test bench,select the SQL Server database to store the data of the window lift motor.Finally,people can set the motor’s testing parameters,manipulate the motor,process data collected by sensors,display a series of curves in the PC screen,and generate test reports by a dialog box.The window lift motor performance test bench has achieved a variety of functions,met all the requirements of the enterprise,it has been accepted by the enterprise.Facts have proved that the test bench has many advantages,such as the low cost,reliable performance,its simple operation and high utilization,improving the detection efficiency of the enterprise.
