| Automotive glass windows should not only ensure driver has sufficient perspective to drive and road safely, the location of the glass should also always adjust to meet the needs of riding comfortably. All the functions can not be without the windows regulation, which gives us more convenience, but is also one of the components which is the high failure rate of the vehicle. According to statistics of several major domestic car company, the fault of electrical window regulation basically resides in the top 20 of auto parts , therefore, it's urgent to improve the quality of electrical window regulation.Against electromagnetic interference with motor launch vehicle electronic systems of window regulation and the impact of service life, this paper for the first time studied the inherent mechanical characteristics analysis of window regulation, established mathematical model which taking of the greatest change of the motor speed as the objective function,take the forearm length, the back arm length, fan-shaped gear radius, the maximum torque of the balance of spring as the design variables, then obtained optimize value of the design variables by MATLAB programming.In order to improve quality of products, strengthen quality inspection, and against domestic detection system for single parameter testing of window regulation, poor situation of manual operation, up-speed, work current, the blocking current, durability, the closure force had been chosen as the several key parameters of detection system design goals in the paper. In the design of the detection system, following from top to bottom place control mode , giving the principle diagram of the parameters, in accordance with the principles of various detection parameters, in the design of hardware structure, giving input channels and output channels of circuit, in the structure design of the software, giving the monitoring programs and program flow charts.The ultimate purpose of the study in the paper is to ensure the quality of electrical window regulation by optimizing the structure and improving the detection system, to enhance the core competitiveness force of window regulation and the detection. The value of projects subject lies in reducing electromagnetic interference of window regulation, improving safety and reliability of the operation of vehicle electronic systems and even the whole vehicle, and prolonging the service life of the motor of electrical window regulation through the structural optimization. And designing high automatic, multi-parameter, simultaneous detection system, upgrading the development level of detection system of window regulation of China through application of advanced electronic detection technology.In the situation of improving the capability of innovating independently, building an innovation-oriented country, the research on a large number of domestic and international literature information had been done, problems existing in the study of window regulation and its detection system had been expounded in the paper. By using of the software of MATLAB, applications of optimization technology, micro-control technology, the development of window regulation and its detection system had been improved. |
