In recent years,the performance-based seismic design of structures has been widely concerned by scholars in various countries.While paying attention to the seismic performance of the structure under the influence of the earthquake,people are also eager to know the reasonable cost of the structure in order to meet the requirements of different seismic performance,in order to facilitate the structure scheme seeks to meet the performance requirements and can be accepted by the society and owners.Therefore,it is very important to reasonably determine the life cycle cost of the structure under various seismic performance levels.Considering the long cycle characteristics of the construction project,structure for a variety of seismic performance level,by using the calculation method of reasonable discount on the life cycle cost,constructing the structure of the life cycle cost calculation method;the main contents are as follows:(1)According to the design idea of the current standard three level fortification,the seismic structure is divided into the seismic performance level of the five level.The seismic performance level of the structure is judged by the inter-story dispalcement angle.By using the probability density function of the extreme III type seismic intensity,considering the influence of different shape coefficients in different areas,the simplified criterion of failure criterion is adopted.The failure probability of the structure under different seismic fortification levels is calculated by the Simpson method with variable length in the MATLAB,and then the expected value of the failure loss is obtained.(2)This paper studies the relationship between the maintenance cost and the expected failure cost in the whole life cycle cost.Taking into account the long cycle characteristics of construction projects,we use the random number model to study the inflation rate in china.The discounted present value of maintenance cost based on the rate of inflation(Phillip Cady)decreasing discount rate model,and use the fixed discount rate method to calculate the expected failure loss.(3)Based on the above work,the calculation method of structural life cycle cost based on seismic performance is established,it is used to analyze the life cycle cost.This paper compares and analyzes the calculation of life cycle cost with different discount rates under different inflation levels,the analysis shows that: the different discount rate has a great impact on the life cycle cost,and the analysis of the minimum life cycle cost shows that the seismic design should take into account the economicdevelopment level in different regions.(4)Through the analogy of risk management in the investment risk coefficient.From the angle of economics to calculate the coefficient of seismic capacity,it is to evaluate the seismic capacity of structures.Using the method of this paper,calculate the life cycle cost calculation and seismic capacity calculation of the actual frame structure in two different seismic zoning zones.
