The Establishment And Application Of Modularization System Of Interior Decoration Interface In Industrial Residence

In the context of residential industrialization,industrialized residential decoration with the highly efficient,economical and reliable characteristics,so the traditional residential decoration model is gradually developed towards the industrialization of residential decoration model.Industrialized residential renovation requires full access to common components for assembly.Modularity is a new form of industrialization,through the establishment of a complete modular system with the combination of the new system,which is an effective way to achieve industrial housing renovation.Residential interior decoration as the basis of residential decoration,which has not been in-depth studied by predecessors.Therefore,this paper concentrates on the establishment and application of interface system for industrialized residential decoration based on modular approach.The main research contents are as follows:1)The modular method of system engineering theory is analyzed,combined with modulus coordination,interface,related authentication and other technologies,while the theoretical support and technical support have been established to realize the interface system of industrialized residential decoration.2)Following the principles of versatility,adaptability and standardization and combining with the modular "decomposition and combination" principle,contrary to the type and characteristics of industrial decoration,which is divided into three subsystems and seven kinds of interface decoration modules.The interface types,material selection and construction methods of the interface modules are analyzed and summarized respectively,and a relatively complete industrialized residential decoration is established interface module system.3)Interface decoration module between the way of splicing,construction methods and pipeline separation technology for the industrialization of residential decoration interface module system provides a key technical support,and then from the design,production,construction process and the implementation of the whole process,the application of the industrial housing decoration interface module system.4)In order to further explore the concrete application of the interface system of industrialized residential decoration,this paper takes the building information model(BIM)as an implementation tool of the interface module system with a residential renovationproject as an example.firstly,the module selection and convergence,processing interface between the modules,so that the design and production can be docked;then,the interior decoration module system construction and installation are simulated to ensure the feasibility of the interface module implementation;finally,the industrial housing decorative interface module is controlled,with delicacy material to provide reliable information for the module factory production and on-site installation.
