| With the continuous improvement of China’s industrialization and informatization,the huge construction area and sales of the housing industry have been widely concerned in recent years as the key carrier of the integration of urban and rural construction.While housing construction meets the basic housing supply demand,it also brings some problems that should not be underestimated,such as a long construction period,difficulty in controlling production quality,low intelligence in the manufacturing process,lack of maintenance guarantees,and environmental protection.The traditional decoration model of China’s housing industry can no longer meet the requirements of promoting the development of housing industrialization.The traditional model of the housing industry needs to incorporate new construction technologies to promote sustainable development.Therefore,Chinese housing industry urgently needs to change design concepts and construction methods.This is not only an innovation in industrial planning ideas,but also the only way to build an environment-friendly and resource-saving society.Improving the traditional model of residential interior decoration,researching and developing new technologies for interior decoration parts,and building a whole-industry chain integration system for interior parts has become a key issue at this stage.Based on the research of BIM technology,this paper conducts a systematic research on the interior parts module under the development mode of prefabricated houses in China.In this article,analyzing the characteristics and existing problems of BIM technology and interior decoration of prefabricated houses,and explore solution strategies for modular design of interior parts of prefabricated houses.Then proposes a modular design method based on BIM information model,and on this basis Establish a BIM interior parts module library,and use the advantages of BIM model information management to carry out linkage design for prefabricated residential interior parts.The study contents and results of this dissertation are shown below:(1)By investigating the types of parts,modular design and integration methods in the existing interior system,as well as in-depth visits to design institutes and related cases,analyzing the main problems in the design methods of traditional decoration models,and proposing the establishment of a BIM-based technology The module library of internal components is used to realize the collaborative design concept of prefabricated houses,and promote the change of the design mode of professional separation between indoor and building,equipment and pipelines.(2)Based on the modularization design method of interior parts and the size characteristics of prefabricated components in prefabricated engineering,the module optimization problem under the existing basic module standards is proposed,and the interior parts are modularized according to the characteristics of BIM software modeling Splitting and coding design;also explores and explains how to manage the module library reasonably and effectively,and complete the review,warehousing,maintenance,management,and invocation of parts and components.(3)Through the BIM design software based on Revit,the most typical modular spaces in prefabricated houses: kitchen modules and bathroom modules are used to design the spatial layout of different family structures based on ergonomics.And make BIM splitting and optimization design for the equipment system and enclosure system in the module space.(4)Based on the above research,taking a prefabricated building full decoration project in Beijing as an illustration,using the interior parts module library created in the paper,by calling the parts in the Revit module library,the rapid pre-assembly design of the residential project is realized.It also summarizes the application value of BIM technology in improving design efficiency and component management advantages in assembly projects. |
