Car as a means of tool instead of walking quickly entered our life,automotive intelligence is a hot spot in today's research.Since Passive Entry Passive Start System and driver's seat electric adjustment system inception,it's safety and convenience is much higher than the previous mechanical door lock system and driver's seat adjustment system.This paper studies the organic fusion technology of PEPS and intelligent adjustment of driver's seat,design PEPS and intelligent control of the driver's seat system based on ARM.It has theoretical research significance and practical application value.This paper around the goal of PEPS and driving seat intelligent adjustment,proposed solutions of the PEPS and driver's seat intelligent adjustment based on ARM embedded system and CAN bus.Connect ARM and automotive control unit through use of CAN bus technology,establish application layer protocol,implement data collected and transferred to the car control unit and the body control module receiver,get the car hardware resources shared.Studied the RF communication system of the keyless entry,the system's low and high frequency circuit adopts U2270 B,ATA5724 chip respectively;for low frequency antenna layout redundant,by improving the determine criteria of the key position of the system,optimize the composition of the system structure;the low frequency antenna was modeled and analyzed in HFSS software,and provide the theoretical basis for improving the intelligent degree of improving the keyless entry system.According to the control requirements of the intelligent adjustment of the driver's seat,the features of the fingerprint identification principle and the FPC1020 AM embedded fingerprint identification module were analyzed,proposed by driver's fingerprint identification and the way of personalized intelligent adjust driver's seat,constructed the intelligent adjustment system of driver's seat based on fingerprint recognition,the incremental PID control transfer function suitable for the driver's seat stepper motor is established,and the passive adjustment of the driver's seat is changed to active adjustment.The driver's seat adopts two sliding pair and a revolution pair adjusting mode at the same time,improved the speed of adjustment,the response time is shortened by 3.5 seconds.Carried out debugging experiments on the bench of driver's seat simulation adjustment,the results show that the intelligent adjustment of the driver's seat system is stable,the effect is obvious,the absolute value of the adjusted position error is less than 0.14 cm,the average relative error of the stepper motor drive screw drive is less than 0.77%,meet the design and application requirements.
