Study On Influence Of The Tractor Seat Vibration On Driver’s Comfort

With the rapid development of agricultural mechanization in China,agricultural tractors have been basically popularized in rural areas.However,due to rural road conditions,the tractor can not avoid the process of driving will have a greater bumpy vibration,In the long term,the driver of the tractor will suffer from greater physical and mental health hazards when driving a tractor at high frequency.Therefore,the study of the vibration comfort of the tractor seat is of far-reaching significance when the road condition is not improved in time.At present,the research on seat comfort at home and abroad mainly focuses on the car,SUV,MPV and other domestic vehicles,and the research on seat comfort of agricultural vehicles is relatively short.On the basis of guarantee the efficiency of the agricultural mechanization,is studied in this paper,the tractor seat comfort,are simulated using MATLAB/Simulink,to build a set of can realize 6 degree of freedom model of tractor seat system,policy analysis in the driver’s body posture different speed,different road conditions,no tractor seat vibration characteristics at the same time.Under different pavement and under different speed,the experiment was carried out,and the rationality of the simulation model was further verified.The comparison between the real car experiment and the simulation experiment was obtained.The result of the experiment was between 2.3% and 17.9%,with the minimum error of the driver’s trunk,followed by seat and leg errors,and the maximum error of the driver’s head.Through the comparison and analysis,we have found that the reliability of the simulation model is high,and the simulation model can be used to predict the vibration characteristics of the tractor in the course of the bumpy road.The vibration frequency of the tractor driver during the driving process increases with the increase of the speed and the decrease of the quality of the road.The vibration frequency is from small to large: head,leg,body and seat.For driver body vibration frequency distribution of the reaction with the human body under different frequency vibration,the driver’s head is affected by vibration,vibration may lead to leg leg muscle contraction,under the influence of the vibration of the hindquarters cadres will lead to the comfort level of the lumbar,cervical,chest,tractor seat best vibration frequency range is often can’t satisfy the actual under vibration frequency.In short,the overall framework of this paper is to simulate prestressing driver body vibration frequency on the basis of the tractor driver vibration of each part difference,and carries on the simulation analysis for these conditions,effectively improve the driver’s comfort,is of great significance to the promotion of agricultural machinery comfort.
