By means of two sets of windings with one pole difference in the stator slot,The Bearingless Motor rotor rotation and levitation are realized,Thus the traditional motor support way is changed.The bearingless induction motor has high quality performance advantages than the conventional bearingless motor,such as simple structure,uniform air gap,the low cogging torque ripple and the weak magnetic is easy to control,BIM is suitable for running at high speed,vacuum,strong corrosion and other harsh environment,which is one of the research hotpots in the field of special electric drive and the bearingless motor.Based on the funding of National Natural Science Foundation of China(51475214)and natural science foundation of Jiangsu province(BK20141301),the operation principle of BIM is analysis of the operation principle of BIM and the establishment of its mathematical model.In order to solve the problem of large response ripple in direct torque control(DTC)system,focuses on the BIM three-level space vector direct torque control(SVM-DTC)and the optimization of three-level SVM-DTC based on Active Disturbance Rejection Controller(ADRC)are the focus of research The details are as follows:Firstly,The research background,development status and development trend of BIM are elaborated,The mathematical model of the basic theory of multilevel inverter and three level inverter are introduced,On the basis of This theory,the three level SVM-DTC system is introduced into BIM,is built on the Matlab/Simulink platform,Then simulation two level and the three level of SVM-DTC are compared and analyzed through simulation.Secondly,based on the traditional PID controller and ADRC model and principle.Aiming at the shortage of PID regulator,a closed-loop regulator and torque and flux ADRC optimization based speed control.The BIM SVM-DTC control system based on ADRC is established and the simulation analysis is carried out.The simulation results show that not only the response of the system is reduced but also the dynamic response and anti-jamming ability are enhanced.speed regulator and closed loop control of torque and flux linkage are designed based on ADRC optimization.Finally,the hardware and software system is designed with TMS320F2812 as the main control chip,and the experimental platform of BIM digital control system is built.The experimental results show that the speed and torque response ripple of the system is reduced,besides the system has excellent dynamic and static performance.
