Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the advantages of high power density,small size and low temperature rise.Alternating current speed control system based on permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely used in industrial production.At present,the control strategies of permanent magnet synchronous motor are mainly divided into vector control and direct torque control.Direct torque control has been widely used because of its simple structure,no need for coordinate transformation and strong robustness to external disturbances.With the continuous improvement of control accuracy,speed and pulsation of alternating current speed regulation system,it is of great significance to improve the direct torque control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Aiming at the problem of large torque and flux ripple in the direct torque control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),this paper uses model predictive control(MPC)algorithm in the direct torque control of PMSM to improve the torque ripple while PMSM is running.On this basis,the ADRC is used in the speed loop instead of PI controller to enhance the anti-disturbance ability of the system.It improves the speed of system startup and reduces system overshoot.The simulation model of control system is built in Matlab/Simulink,and the validity of model prediction and ADRC is verified.On the experimental platform of permanent magnet synchronous motor AC speed regulation system with STM32F103 as the main control chip,the two control algorithms are validated.Programs based on permanent magnet synchronous motor AC speed regulation system are compiled,including rotor initial position detection subroutine,speed loop ADRC subroutine,model prediction algorithm subroutine,etc.The software programs designed are carried out on the experimental platform.Test.The experimental results show that the model predictive control strategy reduces the ripple from 0.88%to 0.25%.The anti-disturbance ability and rapidity are improved by adding ADRC to the speed loop,and the adjustment time is reduced by about 39%and the recovery time is reduced by 46%after adding sudden load disturbance.
